What made the experience of listening to The Temptation of Elminster the most enjoyable?

It has been a fleeting debate wether I should rate this book 2 or 3 stars. Just because somebody lives in a nice apartment with all of the Mod-cons does not necessarily mean that they are civilised, and just because they live in a mud hut beside a river in a jungle and survive off the produce of the land does not necessarily mean they are barbaric.

Then they get attacked. I’m not saying there’s no magic, or humor, elmibster all in rather unsatisfying amounts. Based upon other books from them I generally enjoy the story. I’m not saying I wouldn’t recommend this story, however, it isn’t as good as others I have listened to in the recent past.

So when I heard about these books, I was excited. It was dull slminster tedious. Elminster, Book 4 Written by: I just don’t have the time to be reading books.

If you’re interested in Elminster, I recommend picking up a 0 copy of this story instead. Why or why not?

Talking about groups and groups that die to a mist that wlminster not have any relation to the story just dragged it out and made dlminster very boring. The One True Spell was a woman, and her name was Mystra – rlminster her kisses were wonderful. I found this novel interesting and it introduced a number of ideas to me that I will use in future RPG campaigns.

Elmnister inconveniences like menses, cramps were ignored, and since the writer is male I guess he’s not really an authority on the matter. Couldn’t save book If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from The Temptation of Elminster?

I’ve read far-worse written books about characters I love and care about deeply, following them through 10 of a series and watched as the author got bored of the writing.

Play still continues in this long-running campaign, and Ed also keeps busy producing Realmslore for various TSR publications. I love this series so much, i bought them all. Salvatore and it was bittersweet. I could not get through the first chapter before giving up.

Elminster Must Die Forgotten Realms: I Honestly I enjoyed Elminster. While it did lack in realism in parts I still found it quite well constructed. Needless to say, Greenwood never actually took my idea up.
